Terms of service

isoPep Sciences is sole proprietorship, an independently owned, one-person operation trading from 1131 Continental Drive, Suite 301, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. It is not a corporation, a partnership or a laboratory group, and it does not employ staff.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person browsing this site or placing an order.

Using this site means you accept these terms, the privacy policy, the shipping policy, the returns policy and the research use only terms. If any of them do not work for you, please do not use the site.

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be ordering research materials for laboratory use, not for human or veterinary use.
• You must be able to receive these materials lawfully at your delivery address.
• You must give accurate contact and delivery details.

Every order requires acceptance of the research use only terms at checkout. That acknowledgement is a condition of sale, not a formality.

Submitting the checkout form creates an order and puts it into Processing. That is an offer to buy; it becomes a contract when the order is accepted and dispatched.

• An order may be declined where stock has run out, where the details cannot be verified, or where there is reason to believe the material is intended for human or animal use.
• If an order is declined, any payment already made is refunded in full and promptly.
• Order confirmations are sent by email. Check spam before assuming one has not arrived.

• All prices are in United States dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout before you submit.
• No sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the United States.
• Prices can change at any time, but never after an order has been placed.
• If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, you will be contacted before the order is processed and given the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is settled through the method you select at checkout. Nothing is dispatched until payment has cleared. Orders left unpaid for 14 days are cancelled automatically and the stock is released.

Delivery is by UPS or FedEx to United States addresses only, on the terms set out in the shipping policy. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery by the carrier.

Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, it is replaced or refunded in full, and that commitment is made regardless of where risk technically sits.

Everything sold here is a research chemical for in-vitro laboratory use only, as set out in full in the research use only terms. Those terms form part of these terms and apply to every order.

You are responsible for handling, storing, using and disposing of these materials safely and lawfully, and for making sure everyone with access to them is qualified to handle them.

Product data and laboratory certificates are published in good faith and reproduced as issued. The reference data shown on a product page describes the physical presentation, covering format, mass, packaging, storage and stability. It is not a specification, a guarantee, or a substitute for your own verification.

If you spot an error anywhere on this site, please report it and it will be corrected.

The materials are supplied as research chemicals with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond that. No warranty of any kind is given as to their suitability for use in or on humans or animals, because they are not supplied for any such use.

Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing here should be relied on as such.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

No liability is accepted for loss or damage arising from use of these materials in any way that breaches the research use only terms, most obviously administration to a person or an animal.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to cover any claim brought against isoPep Sciences that arises out of your use of these materials in breach of the research use only terms, or out of your supply of them to anyone else.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and of the United States. Disputes are subject to the courts of Delaware.

Before anything gets that far, email support@isopepsciences.com. Most problems are a shipping mix-up and take one message to fix.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
