Who is allowed to order from isoPep Sciences?

Orders are accepted from people aged 21 or over who are purchasing materials for laboratory research. Every checkout requires that acknowledgement before an order can be created. Nothing sold here may be administered to humans or animals.

How is an order placed?

Add the vials you need to the cart, choose a delivery speed and a payment method, then submit the order. The order is created immediately with the status Processing, and a confirmation with your order number and the settlement details for the method you chose is emailed to you.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), PayPal, Zelle, Cash App and Bitcoin. Choose the one you want at checkout and the details for it arrive with your confirmation email.

Can I add a purchase order or institutional billing reference?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add it to the order notes field at the last step of checkout, or reply to your confirmation email with the reference. It will be added to the invoice before the order is dispatched.

Where do you ship?

Delivery is available across the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. Orders are dispatched from Newark, Delaware. International orders are not accepted.

Which carriers do you use?

UPS and FedEx. Standard orders travel on UPS Ground or FedEx Ground and typically arrive in three to five business days. Expedited orders travel on UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day.

How quickly does an order leave?

Orders confirmed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier the next business day. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned.

How are vials packed?

Each vial is wrapped, seated in a moulded insert and packed inside an insulated liner with a cold pack. Cartons are unbranded on the outside and carry no description of the contents.

Can I see a certificate of analysis before I buy?

Yes. The certificate for every lot in the catalog is published on the purity page and can be downloaded in full before you spend anything. If the lot in stock has moved on from the published one, email support and the current document is sent straight back.

Who performs the testing?

Accepted Answer

Testing is carried out by an independent analytical laboratory with no commercial interest in the result. Each lot is checked for identity, percent purity, quantitative assay against label claim, heavy metals and microbial counts. Certificates are passed on exactly as they are issued, without editing or cropping.

How should vials be stored?

Store sealed lyophilised vials at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. Lyophilised material is stable for 24 months from the assay date when stored that way. Let a vial reach room temperature before the vacuum seal is broken.

What arrives in the box?

The vials you ordered, a packing slip with your order number and batch references, and the insulated packaging. Nothing in the box is labelled for human use, because none of it is intended for human use.

What is the returns policy?

Unopened vials with an intact tamper seal can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support first for a return authorisation. Vials whose seal has been broken cannot be returned because their integrity can no longer be guaranteed.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Email a photograph of the carton and the vial within 48 hours of delivery and a replacement is dispatched, or the order is refunded in full. Damage in transit is never charged back to you.
