Accessibility
What has been done to make this site usable by everyone, what still falls short, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

01The commitment
This site is built to be usable by everybody, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. The target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
02What has been built in
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring that is never removed.
- A skip link jumps straight to the main content on every page.
- Colour contrast on body text and controls meets or exceeds the AA threshold, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
- Every image carries descriptive alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms use real labels tied to their inputs, with errors announced and described in text rather than by colour alone.
- Animation respects the operating system reduced-motion setting. When it is on, motion is switched off rather than merely slowed.
- Page structure uses correct heading levels and landmarks so a screen reader can navigate by region.
03Known limitations
Certificates of analysis are issued by the laboratory as scanned PDFs, so the text inside them cannot be read by a screen reader. Every result from those certificates is also published as ordinary HTML text on the purity page and on each product page, so no information exists only inside the PDF. If you would like a certificate in another format, ask and it will be sent as plain text.
04Reporting a barrier
If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use, email support@isopepsciences.com with the page and what happened. Reports are answered within one business day and fixed as quickly as they can be.
If you would rather place an order by phone than through the checkout, call (702) 233 0970 during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET and the order will be taken for you.
