isoPep Sciences is sole proprietorship operated by one individual at 1131 Continental Drive, Suite 301, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. That individual is the only person who handles order information. There is no staff, no sales team and no shared inbox.

No card number, CVV, bank login or wallet key is ever entered on this site, so none of it is ever received or stored here. Settlement happens directly between you and the payment provider you choose.

• No account is created and no password is stored, because the checkout does not use accounts.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels are placed on this site.
• No information about your research, your institution's work or what you do with a compound is requested or recorded.
• No sensitive categories of personal information are collected: no health, biometric or precise location data.

Your cart is kept in your own browser using local storage so it survives a page refresh. It never leaves your device until you submit an order. Nothing in it identifies you.

• Local storage: your cart contents, held on your device only.
• Session storage: your most recent order summary, so the confirmation page can display it. Cleared when you close the tab.
• A single cookie is set only if the private order desk is signed into, which applies to the site owner and nobody else.

There are no analytics, advertising, profiling or social media cookies on this site. Clearing your browser storage removes everything listed above.

Your information is never sold, rented, traded or shared for anyone else's marketing. There is no mailing list to be added to unless you specifically ask to be told when something is restocked.

• Order records are kept for seven years, which is the retention period that applies to business and tax records.
• Email correspondence is kept for two years, then deleted.
• Server logs are kept by the hosting provider on their own short retention schedule.

Wherever you are in the United States, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes, including California, have these rights in law; they are offered to everyone regardless.

• Access: a copy of everything held about you, sent within 30 days.
• Correction: any inaccurate detail fixed on request.
• Deletion: your details removed, other than order records that must be retained for tax purposes.
• No sale: your information is not sold, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To exercise any of these, email support@isopepsciences.com from the address on your order. No fee is charged and you will not be asked why.

The site is served over HTTPS. Order details are transmitted encrypted and are accessible only to the owner. Because no payment credentials are handled here, the most sensitive category of data simply never exists on this system.

No system is perfect. If a breach affecting your information ever occurs, you will be told directly and promptly, along with what happened and what to do about it.

This site is not directed at children and orders are only accepted from people aged 21 or over. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided details, email and they will be deleted immediately.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be described in the confirmation email of any order placed afterwards.
