All materials supplied by isoPep Sciences are sold strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, are not approved by the FDA for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition, and must not be administered to humans or animals.

This page is part of the terms of every order. The acknowledgement at checkout refers to it, and placing an order is confirmation that you have read and accepted it.

The compounds listed on this site are research chemicals: laboratory reagents supplied to qualified buyers for in-vitro investigation, method development, analytical reference and similar bench work.

• They are supplied as lyophilised powders in sealed vials.
• They are not sterile pharmaceutical preparations and are not manufactured to pharmacopoeial standards.
• They carry no dosage information because no dose of any of them is appropriate for a person or an animal.
• They are not supplied with, and will not be supplied with, any instruction for administration.

• They are not drugs or medicines, and they are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.
• They are not dietary supplements, foods, food additives or beverages.
• They are not cosmetics or personal care products.
• They are not medical devices or diagnostic products.
• They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition.

No statement made anywhere on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical or health claim of any kind.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be purchasing for laboratory research, whether at an institution, a commercial laboratory or an independent research setting.
• You must be qualified, by training or experience, to handle research chemicals safely.
• You must be legally permitted to receive these materials at your delivery address.

Both conditions are confirmed by checkbox at checkout. Orders where these confirmations are not given cannot be created.

• Do not administer these materials to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal, by any route.
• Do not add them to food, drink, supplements, cosmetics or anything else intended for consumption or topical use.
• Do not resell, relabel or repackage them as a drug, supplement, cosmetic or food product.
• Do not represent them to anybody as approved, safe or suitable for human or veterinary use.
• Do not supply them to anyone who does not meet the conditions on this page.

Where there is reason to believe an order is intended for human or animal use, that order will be cancelled and refunded, and further orders will not be accepted.

• Handle these materials in a laboratory setting with appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Store sealed lyophilised vials at -20°C, protected from light and moisture, unless the product page says otherwise.
• Dispose of unused material and packaging in accordance with your local regulations for laboratory chemical waste.
• Keep vials out of reach of children and anyone not qualified to handle research chemicals.

You are responsible for confirming that possession and use of any material you order is lawful where you are, and for using it in line with every rule that applies to your setting, whether institutional, professional or legal.

If you are not certain whether a compound is appropriate for your work, ask before you order. Email support@isopepsciences.com and you will get a straight answer, including "no" where that is the right answer.

Do not place an order. If an order has already been placed and you no longer accept these terms, email the order number and it will be cancelled and refunded in full, provided it has not yet shipped.
